Written Declaration on COPD - resources to contact your MEPs

Written declarations are launched by MEPs to launch a debate at the EP, Commission and European Council of Ministers. When signed by more than half of the MEPs, they are discussed in EP plenary sessions and are then officially forwarded to the institutions above for their response. The deadline to sign the COPD declaration is 28 February.
