Board
The President and Vice-president
and 3 members of the board are elected by the GM. The Board elects among itself the Treasurer and
Secretary. Each Board member shall come from a different country. The Board
manages and administers the association without infringing upon the
competency of the GM and may delegate the day-to-day management to one Board
member or a third person and appoint and monitor working groups, advisory
groups, committees and project-coordinators.
