Transfer from paediatric to adult care - I experienced a big change from childhood to adult care. I was transferred to another outpatient clinic where there was no specialist. I was neglected, my asthma was only temporarily treated and this lasted until the age of 30. I had no access to a specialist. I had to take care of it on my own.
