Throughout the year , EFA hosts annual events for its members, fulfilling numerous obligations and presenting a variety of opportunities for interactions between the EFA Secretariat and EFA members, as well as between the members themselves. In contrast with project events, EFA events are held in conjunction with statute obligations and are also a vested interest for the EFA Secretariat to maintain close working relationships with EFA members. Often, such events occur in tandem with a face-to-face EFA Working Group meeting, thus providing added value.
