EFA Food Allergy Working Group discussed last 14th March EFA future activities and priorities in the field of food allergy. Our group of food allergy expert identified four main priority topics for EFA’s work: limiting “may contain” labelling for pre-packed food; giving proper information on allergens in non-pre-packed products; harmonising pictograms of the 14 identified allergens in Europe; and collecting national legislations transposing the food information to consumers regulation. The outcomes of our work in theses axis will be published in our food allergy section
