myAirCoach consortium will meet in Brussels for the second year technical review with the European Commission that will be held on the 7th of March.

The meeting represents an opportunity to assess the results of the project and to plan the actions that need to be implemented this year in order to deliver the myAirCoach decision support system for the self-management of asthma, which is expected to be ready by December 2017.

In the meantime, myAirCoach is participating to several international events and conferences in order to increase its visibility and gain consensus among the scientific community and patients networks. The project partner CNet has recently been awarded at the Open Stockholm Award for the innovative solution AsthmaWatch, which combines a spirometer and smart phone with available real time air pollution sensors to help asthma patients avoiding polluted areas and other trigger factors. The solution brings together results from several of projects, including myAirCoach.

A myAirCoach delegation composed by CNet IHP and myAIrCoach coordinator CERTH, will attend CeBIT 2017, the largest Global Event for Digital Business that will be held in Hannover from 20th to 24th March. myAirCoach was directly selected by the European Commission as one of the top innovator and will be featured at the EU Village at CeBIT.

The event will have strong social media coverage and we invite you to follow all news through myAIrCoach twitter account.
