EFA Member Allergy UK acknowledged Spring Allergy Awareness Week (26th - 30th April 2021) by raising awareness about the often-underestimated burden that people living with hay fever endure. As part of their awareness-raising work, the organisation conducted a survey in partnership with Kleenex. The survey revealed that nearly half (49%) of the UK population now suffer from hay fever, almost double the number previously thought.
Allergy UK also released a toolkit for the week to help members and other organisations raise awareness through their own campaigns.
