EFA Member the Norwegian Asthma and Allergy Foundation (NAAF) is offering its members free subscriptions to MinMat, an online recipe database adapted for patients living with food allergies, celiac disease, food intolerances and irritable bowl syndrome.
Over the holiday season, MinMat featured festive recipes without eggs, milk, gluten and nuts so everyone could enjoy safe and healthy gatherings. The database even included useful shopping tips for those hard-to-find ingredients and replacements, and warnings for common holiday foods known to cause allergic reactions.
