The European Allergy and Asthma Youth Parliament’s new website was recently launched to showcase the activities of the Youth Parliament and invite new members to take part. Completed with a new visual identity, the website contains updates from the Youth Parliament and their young patient perspective insights into healthcare and European policy.
On the News and Our Work pages you will find various examples of the Youth Parliament bringing the young patient perspective to various European-level policy initiatives, including brinigng its youth voice to the European Parliament Interest Group on Allergy and Asthma. The website includes information about their EU policy recommendations presented to the Interest Group, as well as the consultations and activities they have taken part in over the course of 2021 to bring their unique needs to European-level policies.
It also includes information on how to join the Youth Parliament and what being a member entails, from regular meetings to representing the Youth parliament at events and giving your unique perspective to policy consultations.
