EFA is organising next November our annual Meet and Greet training, under the theme of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and patients’ involvement. It will take place on 7 and 8 November at EFA offices in Brussels.

Representatives from some of our members’ organisations will participate in this workshop, which aims at training patients about the concept of HTA and the ongoing European Union (EU) discussions on the topic. At the end of the training, EFA member patient advocates will be aware about European environment for HTA and will be more empowered to engage with national HTA agencies. EFA will develop recommendations on EFA patients’ involvement that will feed into the EU discussions.
